We had reservations at a cool Chinese restaurant, however on the way we made a detour to Sea World: a very neat seafood place. Every meal in this country comes with a fresh veggies :)
Marcus and I split a seafood platter: you can see why from the size of it. They have fresh seafood here: yummy...
The restaurant owner just happened to know a special bakery. They brought me two small cakes. One had my name written in English and the other in Arabic. He led us out to the terrace, so we could enjoy cake, Turkish coffee (super strong) and the water fountain show that is set to music. It was a very special night!
The following day, we took this cake to language school to share with fellow students and teachers. Once again the white chocolate plates have "Happy Birthday Paula" in both English and Arabic.
